At ZEALOTS, your satisfaction matters. If something is not right with your order, we will work with you to make it right. Please read our returns policy below before lodging a request.
Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be accompanied by the original receipt
- Items must be in their original condition as purchased
- All original labels and tickets must be attached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- Purchased directly through zealots.com.au

How to Return
You can return an item purchased online by posting it back to us. Follow these steps:
Get in touch with our customer service team to initiate your return and receive the return address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include your original receipt inside the parcel.
Send the parcel to the return address provided. We recommend using a tracked postage service.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed using your original form of payment.
Refunds
Provided the conditions in our return policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned due to being faulty or not as ordered.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. In these cases, return shipping will be covered and a full refund or replacement will be offered.
Custom & Teamwear Orders
Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is faulty or does not match the approved design proof. Please review all design proofs carefully before approving.
Once a custom order design proof has been approved and production begins, cancellations and changes cannot be accepted. ZEALOTS is not liable for errors present in an approved proof.
