Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day, unconditional, money-back guarantee or exchange for unused products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue.
Return Conditions
- Items for return/exchange must be in their original and unused condition and the received packaging.
- Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
- Postage costs for returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the sender.
- Please include details of what item the order is to be exchanged for. The exchange will be processed once the item is received.
- If you are returning the product because of a mistake on our part, we will also pay for the return shipping.
Cancellation Fees
If your order is cancelled (for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or external circumstances beyond our control), you (the customer) will be charged:
- Domestic card transactions: 2% fee of the total transaction value
- International card transactions: 4.5% fee of the total transaction value
- Zip/AfterPay transactions: 6% fee of the total transaction value
- PayPal transactions: 100% amount will be refunded
