Every name, logo, slogan, tag line, design and piece of content you see across ZEALOTS is created, owned and protected by ZEALOTS Sports. This page sets out our intellectual property rights and how they are protected under Australian and international law. Imitation is not flattery — it is infringement, and we actively enforce our rights.
Ownership of Our Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with the ZEALOTS brand — including but not limited to brand names, sub-brand names, logos, word marks, device marks, slogans, tag lines, ad lines, product designs, colourways, graphics, photography, copy, packaging and website content — is the exclusive property of ZEALOTS Sports ("ZEALOTS", "we", "us", "our").
These assets are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth), Australian common law (including the tort of passing off and the Australian Consumer Law), and corresponding international treaties. All rights are reserved.
Our Tag Lines & Ad Lines
The following slogans, tag lines and ad lines are original creative works authored and owned by ZEALOTS. They are used to identify our brand in trade and form part of our brand identity. Unauthorised use, reproduction, imitation or adaptation of these phrases — in whole or in part, or in any confusingly similar form — is strictly prohibited.

“Be You, Be ZEALOT” and “Performance. Power. Precision.” are tag lines created by and owned by ZEALOTS. Whether or not registration is finalised, we assert ownership and unregistered trade mark rights in these phrases through our continued use of them in commerce. Copying them, or using deceptively similar wording, is an infringement of our rights and may constitute passing off and misleading or deceptive conduct under the Australian Consumer Law.
Trade Marks & Brand Names
The ZEALOTS name and logo, together with our family of brand and product names, are trade marks of ZEALOTS Sports. The ™ symbol denotes a mark we claim and use in trade; the ® symbol, where shown, denotes a registered trade mark. Use of any of these marks without our prior written consent is prohibited.

Copyright in Our Content
All original content published by ZEALOTS — including website copy, marketing material, photography, illustrations, graphics, garment and kit designs, videos and software — is protected by copyright and owned by ZEALOTS (or used under licence). Copyright subsists automatically from the moment of creation; no registration is required for protection in Australia.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, adapt or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
What Is Not Permitted
Without our prior written consent, you must not:
- Use our tag lines “Be You, Be ZEALOT” or “Performance. Power. Precision.”, or any confusingly similar phrase
- Use, register or apply for the ZEALOTS name, logo or any similar mark as your own
- Copy, imitate or adapt our product designs, kit templates, graphics or colourways
- Reproduce our photography, copy, videos or other content on any platform
- Use our marks in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by ZEALOTS
- Register domain names, social handles or business names incorporating our marks
- Apply our marks to counterfeit or imitation goods
We Enforce Our Rights
We are aware that some parties have copied or imitated our tag lines and brand elements. ZEALOTS takes infringement seriously and will pursue all available remedies to protect its intellectual property, including those available under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law.
Remedies we may seek include injunctions, account of profits or damages, delivery up or destruction of infringing goods, and recovery of legal costs. We reserve all rights and remedies, and nothing on this page limits them.
ZEALOTS maintains dated records evidencing the creation and first commercial use of our brand names, logos, tag lines and designs. These records support our ownership and unregistered rights in the event of any dispute.
Permission & Licensing
If you wish to use any ZEALOTS intellectual property — for example as a stockist, club partner, media outlet or collaborator — you must obtain written permission in advance. Approved partners may be granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence on agreed terms. Any such use must comply with our brand guidelines and remains subject to our control.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe your own rights have been infringed by content on our site, or you wish to report a third party copying ZEALOTS marks, tag lines or designs, please contact us with details. Where possible, include the location of the material, a description of the work or mark concerned, and any evidence of the infringement.
