Yes, and most clubs do. Whites and coloured limited-overs kit are quoted as separate line items but run as one order, one invoice and one delivery. If you need both by the same round, brief us together rather than as two separate jobs — it protects your timeline and usually lands you in a better price bracket.

For an October start, brief us by early August. That leaves room for design revisions, roster collection and production without express fees. We can work faster than that — but August to September is our busiest window, so the earlier you're in the queue, the more slack you have if a design or a roster changes.

Yes. Send us your badge in any format you have — even a photo of an old shirt — and our designers will redraw it to print-ready quality at no charge. We colour-match to your club's existing palette and send you a mockup to approve before anything goes into production. Nothing prints until you sign off.

Yes. Junior and senior sizes run on the same order with no split-order fee. We supply a full size chart with your mockup, and for first-time orders across mixed age groups we strongly recommend a sizing kit before you collect the roster.

Yes. We can ship a sizing kit with one sample in each size for $25, refunded against your first production order. Most clubs skip it once they've ordered from us before, but for a first order spanning juniors and seniors it's worth doing.

Yes — and most of our clubs do. We keep your design and roster templates on file for 3 seasons. A two- or three-shirt mid-season reorder normally ships in 10–14 days. There's no minimum and no setup fee on repeat orders.

Yes. Baggy caps, playing caps, wide-brim hats, hoodies, training tops, warm-up jackets and club polos all run off the same design so your on-field and off-field kit stay consistent. Clubs generally find it easier to brief the whole range once rather than come back for caps later.

Standard terms: 50% deposit to lock in production, 50% balance before dispatch. For incorporated clubs and schools we offer net-14 invoicing on approved accounts, with no deposit required. Split payment across individual player orders is also available — each player pays their own share through a private order link. Ask for this when you brief the order.

Every Zealots kit is covered by our Fault-Free Guarantee. If a garment arrives with a manufacturing fault — bad stitch, print issue, or a wrong size after we've confirmed your roster — we replace it free and cover materials, production and shipping. Send us a photo within 30 days of receipt. Wear and tear after match use isn't covered, but genuine defects always are.

Your club owns its identity: badge, colours and any artwork you supply stay yours. The artwork we create for you is yours to keep, and we'll release the print-ready files on request if you ever move on. We don't resell your design to another club, and we don't put your kit in a stock catalogue.
