Before You Commit

Do you make reversible playing singlets?
Yes, and they are the most-ordered basketball item we produce. Light and dark sides, both fully sublimated, with numbers that line up correctly on both faces.
The two layers are bonded rather than just stitched at the hem, so the singlet does not curl or separate after a season of washing.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We will make a single singlet for a late signing, or ninety pieces for the whole club. The per-unit price steps down with quantity, but there is no threshold you have to clear before we will take the job.
Are names and numbers included in the price?
Yes. Player names and numbers are sublimated into the garment as part of the design, not applied afterwards, so there is no per-name charge and nothing to peel off later.
That applies to both sides of a reversible.
Will the uniforms meet our association's rules?
We produce to Basketball Australia and state association requirements — number sizing front and back, permitted number ranges, and contrast between numbers and the garment.
Tell us which competition you play in at the brief stage and we will make sure the design is compliant before it goes to production. If your association has a specific rule sheet, send it through.
Can we mix junior and adult sizes in one order?
Yes. Junior through to adult sizing goes in the same order at the same price point, and we can supply a size set to try on before you lock in the roster.
For clubs ordering across several age groups this is usually the easiest way to run it — one order, one invoice, one delivery.
How long does it take?
Free design mockup within 48 hours of your order being confirmed. Once you approve the artwork and roster, production and delivery run 7–14 business days.
Allow around three weeks door to door. If you have a hard date — season start, a tournament, presentation night — tell us at the brief stage rather than after, and we will work to it.
Can we reorder mid-season for new players?
Yes. We keep your artwork on file, so a top-up order for a late signing or a replacement singlet is straightforward — no design fee and no need to rebuild the file.
Small top-ups are priced per unit and usually turn around faster than the original run.
What if a garment arrives faulty?
Every Zealots order is covered by our Fault-Free Guarantee. If a garment arrives with a manufacturing fault — a bad seam, a print flaw, a colour that does not match the approved mockup — we replace it free and cover materials, production and freight.
Send a photo within 30 days of receipt. Normal wear after use is not covered; genuine defects always are.
