Pay In
Your Currency.
All prices on this store are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee if your card is held in a different currency — we don't profit from these conversions, and we can't refund them.
GST is included on orders shipped within Australia. International orders are shipped GST-free, but may be subject to duties and taxes on arrival.
Every order confirmation email doubles as a tax invoice with our ABN. If you need a reissue or a copy for a club/school purchase, just reply to your order confirmation and we'll send one within one business day.
Purchase Orders
& Invoicing.
We know clubs and schools rarely pay by credit card. That's why we offer net-14 invoicing, purchase order acceptance, and part-payment plans on approved custom teamwear orders over $500 AUD.
To get set up, email your club name, ABN and contact details to accounts@zealots.com.au. Approval usually takes one business day.
For custom player kits, we can set up an individual order link for each player so they pay their own share — saves the treasurer collecting money first. Ask your teamwear consultant to enable this when you brief your order.

Questions.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our checkout runs on Shopify Payments, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant — the highest standard for handling cardholder data. Card numbers are tokenised at the gateway, which means we never see, store or have access to them. All pages are served over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections.
When will I be charged?
For stock items, your card is charged at the moment you place the order. For custom teamwear with a deposit workflow, a 50% deposit is taken on order, and the balance is charged before dispatch — we'll email you before the second charge goes through.
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST for orders shipping within Australia. International orders are charged GST-free but may be liable for duties and taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I pay with Afterpay for a custom team order?
Afterpay is available on orders up to $2,000 AUD, including most in-stock items and smaller custom orders. For larger club orders, we recommend our net-14 invoicing or part-payment plans instead — email accounts@zealots.com.au to set this up.
Do you offer invoicing or purchase orders for clubs?
Yes. We offer net-14 invoicing and accept purchase orders for approved club, school and corporate accounts on orders over $500 AUD. Email us your club name, ABN and a contact, and we'll set you up within one business day.
I was charged but didn't receive an order confirmation. What now?
First, check your spam folder — order confirmations sometimes land there on the first order. If it's still missing, forward the card statement line to info@zealots.com.au and we'll locate the order by the transaction reference. Nothing gets lost.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
For stock items, yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Custom teamwear (printed or embroidered with club/player details) is made to order and can only be refunded if there's a manufacturing fault. See our full returns & refunds policy for details.
