Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided production has not started. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Contact us as soon as possible at info@zealots.com.au.

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International delivery takes 10-15 business days for standard, 5-7 for express, and 3-5 for priority. Customs and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. All ZEALOTS shipments are fully tracked from our Sydney warehouse to your door. Use the tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

Fill out our Club Custom enquiry form with your club details and requirements. Our design team will send you a mockup within 2-3 business days. Once you approve the design, production typically takes 10-14 business days, followed by shipping.

Our minimum order for custom teamwear is 10 units per style. For smaller clubs or special occasions, contact us directly as we may be able to accommodate smaller runs depending on requirements.

Absolutely. You can supply your logo files (preferably vector .AI or .EPS format) and specify your exact Pantone or hex colour codes. Our design team will match them as closely as possible in production.

We produce custom teamwear for cricket, football (soccer), rugby league, rugby union, netball, basketball, and more. If you don't see your sport listed, contact us — we can likely help.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on non-custom stock items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original receipt. Custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

We are sorry to hear that. Please email info@zealots.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the fault within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-5 days to appear depending on your bank.
