What if I am unhappy with the product, do I get a refund?Â
We request that you choose products/bats with the utmost care. We won’t be able to accept returns on bats that have been prepared (knocked in and extracted); we have 12 12-month warranty policy for bats; please check out our Warranty & Exchange policy for further details. Unprepared and unused bats can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. If you are unhappy with other products (other than prepared cricket bats), we offer a 30-day refund & exchange policy (buyer to pay return shipping) for unused products. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we always strive to provide a happy shopping experience for our clients. We suggest our clients choose their product carefully and buy what would suit their needs.
