We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All orders placed through zealots.com.au are subject to product availability and acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

Order Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before submitting.

Custom Orders: Custom and made-to-order items enter production only after you have approved the design proof in writing. Once approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Any payment received will be fully refunded.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We ship to all regions within Australia via Australia Post and other reliable carriers. All shipments are tracked and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer. For full details visit our Shipping page.

Our full returns and refunds policy is on our Return & Refund page. In summary: eligible stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition with receipt. Custom and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

The ZEALOTS name, logo and brand marks are trademarks of ZEALOTS Sports. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEALOTS liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or events outside our reasonable control.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
